We are opening the Community Centre on the 7th September 2020 for your group sessions to return
- From 24th August the Office hours will be 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday and 9am- 1pm Saturdays. The Centre will remain closed.
- Mudeford Wood Community Centre doors will be permanently locked there will be no admittance without an appointment until you return for booked sessions.
- Outdoor Tennis.
This has been running throughout the summer and will continue with public play, 50+ sessions and Tennis Club. Please contact the office for further information and booking.
- New security doors with electronic access.
Electronic access will be given to session leaders via smartphone on booking from the 7th Sept; they will advise their clients on how to gain access.
- New Web-site
From the 1st September our new web-site will show hirers sessions returning and a Blog facility for Session Leaders to keep their groups informed, should they wish to use it.
There will also be a” Chat” and “e-Mail” facility direct to our Office.
- Safe distancing
A one -way system around the Centre will be signposted. Exits will be via fire doors to avoid two-way traffic in corridors, a “ONE IN ONE OUT” system to the toilets will be in place.
- Party bookings
Sorry due to Covid-19 we cannot take party bookings until 2020.
- 50+ Table Tennis
This Wednesday morning session will not be running before Christmas; we shall review in December.
- Your safety
We will have extra sanitising of toilets, doors etc., but hirers will be responsible for sanitising any equipment stored at the centre before and after use, with their own sanitising materials.
- Track and Trace
Session Leaders will need to keep records and contact details for all their customers for “track and trace” to meet government guidelines.
- Governing Bodies
Session Leaders will refer to their Governing Bodies for Covid-19 guidelines regarding specific issues for their activities. We are happy to help with any questions or concerns you may have.
